Maurice Furlan's story

From a houseboat builder to a single father.

A quick search on Google reveals that Sec 13U(2) of the Maritime Services Act 1935 relates to the removal of abandoned vessels which block navigation in Ports. (Note that the Act has been repealed).

Here is a picture of the confiscated boats showing them in good order and not blocking navigation at a port.

I have the ORIGINAL notice and the signature is written in ink. Now after 27 years I have realised that the Notice is original but the process behind it is FAKE .

According to the Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act, I requested proof from many current officials that the notice was authentic and that it was recorded in an official register. They all said there was no information. I lodged a formal GIPA application and it resulted in the decision,

"Documentation not held".

I take this to mean that the Notice is NOT recorded. It is therefore an INVALID DOCUMENT ("legally and officially unacceptable").

This piece of piece of paper went on to cause great harm !

Note the signature and then compare it to another ORIGINAL document shown
